About Dr. Ali
Dr. Amal Ali received a B.S. in biology from George Mason University and her D.D.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. She has undergone advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and endodontics.
Dr. Ali's professional affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Northern Virginia Implant Society.
In addition to her dental practice and professional associations, Dr. Ali has served as a dental volunteer for the Catholic Charities, providing dental care to Somali refugees, serving as interpreter, educating patients about dental care, and assisting refugees in daily living and culture adjustment.
She is fluent in English, Arabic, and Somali.
